In 2011, his work on the consumer mindset in the post-Arab Spring countries earned him recognition in ESOMAR, a prestigious platform in the field of market research. The publication titled "The Social Individualist" highlighted an insightful analysis and keen observations.

In August 2013, Hazem embraced a new challenge by relocating to Morocco, where he assumed a leadership role, heading a team of 25 talented individuals.
