Iva Welker is the CEO of VML Czechia, the largest communication agency in the Czech Republic. Under her leadership, VML helps brands not only look good, but also work effectively in practice. She focuses on Brand Experience, the overall impression a brand creates, and connects thoughtful strategy with creativity.

Under her leadership, the agency has received a number of prestigious awards for its campaigns, including Cannes Lions, Effie, Clio and Golden Drum. In 2025, VML Czechia made history in the Czech advertising industry by winning the first-ever Cannes Lions Grand Prix for a Czech campaign, for its client KitKat.

Iva believes in ideas that have meaning and impact. She is known for turning creative concepts into bold, effective solutions. At the same time, she is an active mentor and an inspiration to many people in the industry. In June 2025, she was elected to the Presidium of the Association of Communication Agencies (AKA), where she contributes to shaping the direction of the industry. She is also a member of the Advisory Board of the educational platform #Holky z Marketingu.
