Jim has over 20 years of business development expertise focused in marketing, sales and consumer experience. As Executive Vice President of Business Development, Jim and his team focus on the customer relationship process - designing, designing, developing and implementing solutions that help the enterprise cultivate new business opportunities and grow valuable customer relationships. This includes new client pursuit as well as development of strategic partnerships.

Wunderman Thompson Health client experience centers around managed care, animal and human pharmaceuticals, and provider and clinic experience. Prior to joining Wunderman Thompson Health, Jim served as Vice President of Sales for Teleperformance, a leading global outsourced omnichannel customer experience company. Responsibilities in Jim’s previous roles as Vice President of Sales and Director of Marketing included development of marketing plans and budget and ongoing tactical execution, as well as targeting and acquiring new clients along with ongoing business growth management. Jim’s sector experience includes healthcare, insurance, financial services, telecommunications and consumer products.

Jim holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from Missouri State University and a Master of Business Administration with an emphasis in Marketing from Fontbonne University.
