Kenni is the CEO overseeing Malaysia with a bachelor’s degree in Marketing and Advertising from Auckland University of Technology. ​

To date, Kenni has taken on many roles on his journey towards the top. Starting his career in McCann Erickson New Zealand where he established their experiential and digital arm – Momentum for Malaysia, he went on to become General Manager of G2 Worldwide in just six years. In 2013, Kenni was promoted to COO of Geometry Global, co-managing the merger of G2 and Ogilvy Action, the largest full service integrated creative agency in Malaysia under WPP, managing 250 employees. A mere year later, Kenni was promoted again to CEO of Geometry Malaysia in 2014. In 2019 he again managed the merger with VMLY&R and Wunderman Thompson in Malaysia to form VMLY&R Commerce as the largest creative WPP agency in the country. ​

Kenni has a proven track record of driving business results, growth and capabilities expansion, notably Shopper, Digital and CX. He has led high-profile clients across multiple categories as well as regional accounts under WPP. He is also a huge believer in effectiveness awards, having served as the Vice and then the Chairman of Effie Malaysia and involved in many awards show as jury. ​​He has won many of their first Effie Gold and Best in the Country Dragon of Asia Awards for P&G, Unilever, Tiger Beer, Carlsberg, Magnum, CIMB and Shell. ​He is a member of Forrester CX , alumni of IACT, Hyper Island, WPP Maestro & BFM Business School, ​

Kenni believes in constantly evolving as a learner and as a leader. He currently drives VML Commerce’s Reimagine Commerce offering with an always ready attitude. ​
