Passionate about driving true cross-channel capability for clients across the digital commerce landscape, Neil is focused on marketplaces,, direct-to-consumer, B2B and social, as well as integrating technology across the full customer journey to deliver true personalization and help brands drive key customer relationships.

Neil was previously CEO of Wunderman Thompson Commerce, Technology & Transformation, where he shaped the network’s commerce and technology offering, and oversaw the full suite of Wunderman Thompson capabilities to drive consistency and efficiency across the business.

With 24 years’ experience, Neil has built an invaluable level of knowledge and expertise in consumer engagement technology. By fostering a strong relationship with clients and partners worldwide, he has enabled major brands to design, deliver and drive enterprise-scale platforms for multichannel operations, most notably Audi, PVH, Sainsbury’s and YNAP.
