Nichole leads the strategic disciplines and teams for the entire VML Health network around the world. She overseas research and development of all client and agency strategy and messaging.

With over 20 years in the healthcare business, Nichole has worked in London, New York, San Francisco, Holland, Middle East and Singapore. Previously, Nichole led strategy for Wunderman Thompson Health, Grey Health and Interbrand Health after a decade in consulting. Her experience spans many categories including oncology & immunology, rare disease, respiratory, women’s health, diabetes, nutrition and hospitals.  Throughout her career she has worked with industry leaders such as AstraZeneca, Pfizer, Lilly, Sanofi, GSK, Johnson & Johnson, Janssen, Merck, Genentech, and the Mayo Clinic. 

After graduating from UMIST with honours in Chemistry, Nichole completed her Postgrad in Marketing at London Business School and is a Chartered Marketer. She is passionate about driving change for improved patient outcomes and has worked with institutions such as the Department of Health in developing standards of patient communication.
