Raven is the New Business Content and Production Director at VML Copenhagen. She has a sharp instinct for what makes ideas work in the real world and a proven track record of building creative teams, driving growth and delivery high-quality work across formats and markets. Equally at home in a creative conversation as she is leading a complex project, she is the kind of person who makes things happen. 

What she brings to VML

Raven has built her career driving complex, fast-moving projects with clarity and strong stakeholder alignment, always keeping both people and performance front of mind. She brings a calm, solution-oriented approach to even the most demanding environments, balancing creative ambition with practical delivery. 

She thrives on building structure and momentum, and has a real talent for creating team cultures that are positive, grounded and genuinely collaborative. Clear communication, integrity, and a focus on doing good work together sit at the heart of how she leads. 

Out of office 

Outside of work, Raven is kept on her toes by family life. She also loves travel and culture, and a tendency to say yes to things that sound like a good story in hindsight.
