Stefano Zunino currently holds the dual roles of CEO at VML Group and Country Manager for WPP in Brazil. His leadership has significantly driven growth in the country by seamlessly integrating services and expanding capabilities, effectively harmonizing creativity and technology.

Passionate about connecting brands, customer experiences, and commerce, Stefano combines this zeal with a profound understanding of data and a commitment to fostering creativity. He champions diverse perspectives and is dedicated to developing talents to their utmost potential.

Stefano began his journey with WPP in 2005 as CEO of J. Walter Thompson Brazil, later progressing to CEO for Latin America in 2014. During this tenure, he also served as the Global Head of Digital for the JWT Group until his elevation to Chief Transformation Officer Worldwide for the network.

Before joining WPP, Stefano held senior roles in advertising across various locations, including London, NYC, Milan, and Buenos Aires. His relocation to São Paulo in 2002 marked a significant chapter in his career.

A graduate of Economics, Stefano is an avid reader with a penchant for history and physics. He resides in São Paulo with his wife and four children, each born in different countries—Italy, Brazil, and Argentina. Unsurprisingly, World Cup games are a lively topic of conversation in the Zunino household.
