Taryn is the Global Client Service Director at VML Copenhagen with over a decade of experience across global creative and marketing industries. She has a knack for getting to the heart of what consumers actually want and building campaigns around that. Every brief she touches is stronger for it, resulting in integrated work that feels purposeful, lands well and drives real business impact. 

What she brings to VML

Taryn’s career has taken her across some of advertising’s most exciting markets, from Cape Town and Bangkok to Berlin and now Copenhagen, giving her a genuinely global perspective. Before joining VML, she served as Global Business Director at RAPP Berlin and Client Service Director at Wunderman Thompson Bangkok, leading integrated campaigns and strategic initiatives for a diverse portfolio of major brands across EMEA, Europe, and beyond. 

Taryn is the kind of leader who makes the people around her better. She leads with authenticity, grounding her approach in integrity, accountability, and a real commitment to building positive, inclusive environments where good work thrives. 

Out of the office

Outside of work, Taryn is happiest when she’s moving. She loves to dive, cook, travel and collect new experiences with new people. She’s also a music enthusiast, so you can often find her at a concert or festival somewhere in the world.
