A strategist and an entrepreneur, Tebogo is passionate about leadership, learning, empowering others and building excellent teams. She excels at bringing people together from diverse businesses, backgrounds, skillsets and challenges to drive collaboration and achieve collective growth for themselves, their businesses, their clients and their teams. This is evident in the work she does as WPP’s first Country Manager for South Africa – a position she has held since 2021.

Over twenty years as an international strategy consultant, Tebogo has worked with clients in over 30 countries across both the public and private sectors. She was a Partner for McKinsey and Company, and worked at Bain and Company (US, UK and South Africa) and held numerous managerial positions at the likes of the International Finance Corporation, World Bank (Washington DC, US) and Brown Brothers Harriman and Company (Boston, US).

Tebogo is a World Economic Forum Young Global Leader and a fellow of the Africa Leadership Initiative and the Aspen Institute's Global Leadership Network. She is an experienced non-executive director, having served on for profit (public and privately owned) and not for profit boards for over 15 years..
