With Australians unable to travel internationally, 72% of Australians said they were planning on booking a domestic holiday.

The tourism industry had evolved….and with it came a major shift to online booking, TW needed to radically update their digital experience to meet new customer behaviours and fight back against the farce domestic competition.

The new and improved Tourism Whitsundays website features a modern design and improved user experience aimed at promoting and showcasing The Whitsundays and its unique offerings as a tourist destination as well as having a heavy focus on increasing onsite conversions for accommodation, deals and tourist activities.

In addition to the front-end design and user experience enhancements, the back-end was also fully redeveloped.
