We are looking for a Social Media Manager who is a creative thinker, a proficient communicator, and a conceptual juggernaut. They are knowledgeable about social media trends and features on every platform as they oversee the company’s social media marketing campaigns in collaboration with the creative team and the company’s clients.
What you’ll do
- Conceptualize campaign strategies - including building the social communication strategy for the brand & content ideas to achieve them
- Researching social media trends and current events in all digital platforms relevant to the company’s marketing activities
- Work across various clients, from different industries, across different data sets (search, social, website, display, third and first party etc)
- Work in social listening and search analytics to discover trends and consumer perceptions
- Put together data sets and reports, delivering insights to both clients and internal stakeholders, in different outputs formats
- Undertake campaign reporting across paid media, social, display etc.
Who you are
- Proven ability to analyze data well and provide insight
- Strong understanding of social media trends and features on every platform
- Knowledgeable about media ads, ad formats, and how influencers and collaborations work
- Capable of doing an in depth competitive scan or has background in social listening
- Possess a background on community management (handling customer complaints/inquiries)
- Must be proactive, a self-starter and an excellent communicator both verbal and written
- Able to create coherent and persuasive presentations with proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
- Creative, ever curious and an outgoing personality are a plus
Note: Office work setup is hybrid (2x a week onsite in our Makati office)
