We are seeking a CRM Analyst to join the VML Data team. The Analyst will analyze data to deliver value through understanding our clients’ customers and the performance of marketing activities. The Data Analyst - CRM plays a vital role in leveraging customer data to drive business decisions and optimize customer relationship management strategies within one of our CRM teams. This role involves analyzing data from our CRM platform, generating insightful reports, and presenting findings to stakeholders. The successful candidate will be a highly analytical individual with strong communication skills and a passion for data-driven decision-making.

Job Summary:
We are seeking a data-savvy and customer-focused CRM Analyst to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who excels at transforming data into actionable insights and enjoys optimizing customer journeys through targeted campaigns and testing effective strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze customer data to identify trends, behaviors, and opportunities for engagement.
- Design and execute email marketing campaigns, including segmentation, personalization, and performance tracking.
- Conduct A/B testing to optimize campaign effectiveness and user experience.
- Use Adobe Analytics and Excel to generate reports and dashboards that support decision-making.
- Translate complex data into compelling stories and visualizations for stakeholders.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and sales teams to align CRM strategies with business goals.
Requirements:
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas, data modeling).
- Hands-on experience with Adobe Analytics or similar web analytics tools.
- Strong storytelling and data visualization skills.
- Experience managing and analyzing email campaigns.
- Solid understanding of A/B testing methodologies and tools.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, or a related field.
- Advanced English
