Are you a passionate and talented Digital Designer ready to make a real impact? VML is seeking a creative powerhouse to join our dynamic team.
As a Digital Designer, you'll be at the forefront of crafting visually stunning and engaging designs across a diverse range of digital platforms. From captivating social media campaigns to impactful website visuals, you'll play a crucial role in bringing creative concepts to life and ensuring our brand is consistently represented with excellence.
 

You'll collaborate closely with art directors, copywriters, and other team members in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. If you have a strong eye for design, a passion for visual storytelling, and a desire to push creative boundaries, we want to hear from you! 

What You'll Be Doing: 

  • Design Magic: Create compelling visual designs for a variety of digital projects, including websites, social media graphics, email marketing campaigns, digital ads, and presentations. 
  • Brand Guardian: Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines and maintain a consistent visual identity across all platforms. 
  • Collaborate & Create: Work closely with art directors, copywriters, and other team members to develop and execute innovative creative concepts. 
  • Concept to Completion: Take projects from initial concept to final execution, ensuring high-quality results and meeting project objectives. 
  • Stay Current: Continuously research and stay up to date on current design trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in digital design. 
  • Present Your Work: Confidently present design concepts and ideas to internal teams, articulating your design rationale and incorporating feedback. 
  • Iterate & Improve: Actively incorporate feedback and revise designs as needed, demonstrating a commitment to continuous improvement. 
  • Manage Your Time: Effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment. 
  • Explore AI: Experiment with AI tools for design exploration, concept generation, and rapid prototyping, leveraging AI to enhance your creative process. 

 

What You'll Need: 

  • Bachelor's degree in graphic design, Visual Communication, or a related field. 
  • 3-5 years of experience as a Digital Designer in an agency or in-house creative environment. 
  • A strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of visual design skills and demonstrating expertise in digital design. 
  • Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). 
  • Solid understanding of typography, layout, color theory, and visual hierarchy. 
  • Proven experience designing digital platforms, including websites, social media, and email marketing. 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams. 
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. 
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. 
  • Familiarity with AI-powered content creation platforms and their potential to enhance visual storytelling and streamline the design process. 
  • Experience with motion graphics and video editing is a plus.
