What we’re looking for:
We are seeking a Senior Media Manager, Programmatic to drive buying strategies aligned with client KPIs. You will maintain and analyze campaign performance data, contribute to departmental strategy, and champion VML’s core values.
What you’ll do:
- Manage client programmatic campaigns, including strategy, RFPs, trafficking, and reporting.
- Develop and execute programmatic media plans for Display, Video, Audio, and ConnectedTV.
- Create and refine internal and client-facing performance reports with in-depth analyses of marketing campaigns.
- Provide frequent progress reports regarding online marketing efforts and performance metrics to clients.
- Present recommendations to managers, clients,
- Actively manage optimizations to assure client success.
- Assist in the management of tagging and tracking URLs.
- Execute media plans within DSPs, publishers, networks, and managed partner relationships such as Trade Desk and DV360.
- Work cross-functionally with other teams to develop and deliver client success.

What you’ll need:
- 3+ years in a programmatic role, digital or media agency experience required.
- Strong understanding of the Programmatic Landscape with experience in DV360, TheTradeDesk, and other leading DSPs.
- Understanding of traditional banners, mobile, video, social, and cross-device media tactics.
- Strong quantitative analytical skills and aptitude.
- Strong software use skills including in-depth knowledge of other Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Access), and aptitude to quickly learn new tools.
- Familiarity with conversion tracking methodologies.
- Familiarity with DCM Trafficking and Reporting or other 3rd party ad servers.
