Senior Digital Strategist
Job Description
We are looking for an innovative and data-driven Senior Digital Strategist to lead the development and execution of digital initiatives that drive business growth, brand awareness, and customer engagement.
In this role, you’ll be responsible for building comprehensive digital strategies across multiple digital channels, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities, shape campaigns, guide content, and optimize the customer journey across digital touchpoints.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement integrated digital strategies that support marketing and business goals.
- Partner with creative, content, UX, data, and technology teams to deliver seamless, high-performing digital experiences.
- Working closely with the Project Manager in managing stakeholder expectations and communication effectively, providing regular updates on project progress, risks, and issues.
- Conduct audience research, competitive analysis, SEO audits, and content performance assessments to inform strategic decisions.
- Lead the planning and execution of digital campaigns, ensuring best practices in targeting, personalization, channel mix, and measurement.
- Manage digital roadmap initiatives, including website enhancements, SEO, customer journeys, and digital innovation projects.
- Define KPIs and performance metrics; monitor analytics to generate insights and optimize strategies in real-time.
- Advocate for a user-first approach, ensuring that all digital activities enhance user experience, accessibility, and brand consistency.
- Stay ahead of emerging digital trends, technologies, and platforms, and assess their relevance to company goals.
- Mentor and guide junior strategists, content editors, and digital marketing team members.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 6+ years of experience in digital strategy, marketing strategy, or related roles.
- Strong understanding of CX, content architecture, SEO, digital marketing, digital analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics GA4, Adobe Analytics), and marketing technology ecosystems (e.g., CMS, CRM, CDP, marketing automation).
- Excellent communication, presentation, and storytelling skills.
- Ability to balance creative thinking with strong analytical skills.
- Exceptional writing, editing, and communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Experience with digital transformation projects or large-scale website redesigns.
- Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization
- Familiarity with AI tools for content creation and distribution.
- Proven success in developing and executing multi-channel content strategies that drive measurable results.
