We're seeking an experienced account manager who understands the intricacies of client relationships and project management. You've likely worked on a variety of projects, both large and small, and are comfortable taking ownership, leading workstreams with autonomy and providing support across multiple workstreams. A proven ability to succeed in a fast-paced environment and adapt based on shifting priorities is key. You have a proven ability to identify next steps and proactively put into action. What you’ll do:  

  • Partner with cross-functional teams and navigate cross-agency collaboration  
  • Serve as a day-to-day client contact, with guidance from manager  
  • Participates in key client meetings including owning preparation for and recap of status meetings, briefings and cross-functional partner meetings  
  • Lead execution of select projects and inform supervisor/director on status  
  • Manage and oversee creative development/production of assets for multi-channel media plans  
  • Think and operate with forward-thinking mindset, strategic orientation and task/project management  
  • Ensure operational excellence on the accounts and projects managed  
  • Maintain and grow knowledge of client’s business, competition, and industry  
  • Financial management responsibilities including reviewing project estimates, SOWs and billing for brand  
  • Should be detail-oriented with strong interpersonal, organizational, and presentation skills  

Who you are:  

  • 3-4 years of experience in account management  
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels.  
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, including planning, execution, and monitoring.  
  • Ability to understand client business objectives and develop strategic plans to achieve them.  
  • Proactive problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and resolve issues quickly and effectively.  
  • Understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting related to client accounts.  
  • Ability to analyze data and prepare reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement.  
  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including marketing, creative, and technical teams.  

The base salary range for this position at the time of this posting is indicated below. Individual compensation varies based on job-related factors, including location, business needs, level of responsibility, experience, and qualifications.
