Job Overview: The QA Analyst will be an active contributor representing the needs of our customers for service delivery and production support. The role involves ensuring the quality of software products through meticulous testing and validation processes. The QA Analyst will work closely with the development, campaign management, and consulting teams to ensure clear roles and responsibilities and successfully deliver client solutions. This position requires a balance of technical expertise and strong communication skills to collaborate across various departments effectively.
Responsibilities:
- Review requirements and detect inconsistencies
- Create inquiries for documentation clarification
- Develop and execute test plans and test cases for software components \
- Review and execute test cases and checklists
- Report and retest defects
- Provide clear and concise feedback to software engineers
- Develop in-depth knowledge of specified software platforms
- Provide training to other QA Analysts
- Gather test metrics and provide feedback to improve overall quality
Technical Skills:
- Hands-on experience with software testing in a web environment
- Familiarity with acceptance testing, defect tracking, and test execution
- Knowledge of both front-end and back-end testing
- Experience with tracking tools for QA (e.g., JIRA, DevTrack)
- Ability to troubleshoot and explain the root cause of errors
- Exposure to automated testing tools (e.g., Selenium, Firebug) is a plus

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- High attention to detail and strong analytical skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying issues
- Ability to adapt to changing technologies and requirements
- Teamwork and collaboration skills
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in software quality assurance or a related field
- Strong understanding of QA methodologies, tools, and processes
- Advanced English level
