Werde (Senior) Jobcontroller:in / Debitorenbuchhalter:in in Teilzeit (30h/Woche) oder Vollzeit und bereichere unser Finance Team von einem unserer Standorte aus: Berlin, Frankfurt, Düsseldorf oder München.

Was dich bei uns erwartet:

  • Du bist der/die erste Ansprechpartner:in für unsere Projektteams, wenn es um Projektstatus, Abrechnungen und Co. geht – und die Schnittstelle zu unseren Kund:innen und deren Kreditorenbuchhaltung.
  • Du übernimmst die Debitorenbuchhaltung: Von der Projektabrechnung über das Controlling bis hin zur Erstellung und dem Versand von Rechnungen – du hast alles im Blick.
  • Du sorgst für klare Verhältnisse durch Saldenabstimmung und Kontenklärung.
  • Du erstellst aussagekräftige Reports (Stundenauswertungen, offene Posten u.v.m.) und analysierst Work in Progress, Deferred Revenue und Accrued Revenue.
  • Du behältst den Überblick: Forderungsmanagement (Mahnwesen) und die Überwachung von Zahlungseingängen liegen in deinen Händen.
  • Du unterstützt das Controlling Team bei Monats- und Jahresabschlüssen sowie bei Wirtschafts- und Betriebsprüfungen.

Was du idealerweise mitbringst:

  • Du hast mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Finanz- und Rechnungswesen gesammelt.
  • Du arbeitest selbstständig, sorgfältig und strukturiert.
  • Deutsch und Englisch sprichst du fließend.
  • Du beherrschst MS-Office (insbesondere Excel) sicher und wendest es effizient im Arbeitsalltag an.
  • Du bist kommunikationsstark und bringst Eigeninitiative und Dienstleistungsorientierung mit.
