POSITION OVERVIEW

The Senior Digital Media Manager’s role is to ensure that our clients are getting the best digital product possible. They are responsible for the end of end delivery of digital media solutions from strategy through to media buying, implementation and reporting. There is a focus on programmatic buying, the management of digital systems and processes, upskilling the wider team and keeping on top of best practice. It would require a minimum of 4 years’ experience operating at a high level of competency in digital media.

 

KEY COMPETENCIES

As a Senior Digital Manager, you will need a strong background in the following areas:

  • A strong working knowledge of Google products (DV360, Campaign Manager, Google Ads, GTM and GA4)
  • A strong working knowledge of social self-serve platforms including Meta Ad Manager
  • A high proficiency of working across multiple DSPs
  • A confident negotiator of digital inventory to deliver win: win outcomes for our clients, the business and our suppliers
  • A problem solver with the ability to pre-empt issues and be proactive in producing solutions
  • A good working knowledge of data harmonisation and visualisation tools like Salesforce’s Marketing Cloud Intelligence
  • Highly analytical with the ability to analyse and interpret large amounts of data to identify actionable insights
  • Ability to organise and manage detail work - with clear processes to manage pacing, spend and outcomes for all campaigns
