Who we are looking for:

VML is seeking an Associate Project Manager to assist in supporting commerce initiatives and deliverables for major clients within the CPG space. This role will provide support in the execution of omnichannel commerce strategies across an IAT model of WPP agencies. We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated individual who has an interest in learning the fundamentals of shopper behavior and commerce marketing. The Associate Project Manager will assist in ensuring deliverables are tracked, timelines are followed, and projects are aligned with the client's objectives, while also helping to navigate the requirements of various retail partners.

What you’ll do:

  • Coordinate | Organize and manage project tasks and deliverables. Coordinate schedule of activities related to the project. Coordinate and attend internal status meetings, client meetings and calls. Conduct administrative duties, such as setting up meetings, drafting invoices and drawing estimates.
  • Plan | Understand a project’s scope and create documents for project requirements. Maintain the quality of all project document/data to assure the integrity of a project. Adhere to standardized format guidelines.
  • Support | Provide day-to-day support to the Project Management Team. Assist in the planning and implementation of projects. Track and report project progress. Perform other duties assigned by the Project Manager in an orderly and efficient manner.
  • Collaborate | Work with resource managers to manage resourcing. Collaborate with other departments to ensure a timely completion of tasks. Act as a liaison between project stakeholders concerning project details and deliverables.
  • Analyze | Analyze data as required. Work with the project management team to report analyzed data and communicate results.

What you’ll need:

  • Related experience or education in the field of marketing, communications or advertising.
  • Proficiency in various computer applications like Excel, word processor, spreadsheet, power point, database software, and the internet.
  • Excellent project management skills, including resource and time management abilities.
  • Flexibility, professionalism and positivity.

The base salary range for this position at the time of this posting is indicated below. Individual compensation varies based on job-related factors, including location, business needs, level of responsibility, experience, and qualifications.
