Required Skills

  • Substantial experience in art direction and design across multiple mediums (i.e. television, digital, print, experiential, activations) with a portfolio showcasing exceptional craft, visual storytelling, and creative versatility
  • A proven ability to develop high-impact work that aligns with brand objectives and connects emotionally with audiences
  • Polished presentation skills and the ability to clearly communicate the creative vision and how it addresses client challenges
  • Experience leading the visual direction and design of long-form documentaries and episodic content, with a focus on crafting authentic, human-centered narratives though compelling imagery and artful storytelling 
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally with creative partners, strategists, producers, and clients.
  • A desire to lead and contribute within a fast-paced, team-oriented environment, inspiring others and pushing the work forward.

Required Experience

  • A bachelor’s degree, design emphasis preferred
  • Five-plus years of experience in an agency setting

The base salary range for this position at the time of this posting is indicated below. Individual compensation varies based on job-related factors, including location, business needs, level of responsibility, experience, and qualifications.
