Who we are looking for
We’re looking for a Marketing Science Analyst with a strong analytical mindset and experience in digital media, performance analysis, and client-facing roles. Someone who feels comfortable navigating large sets of data, identifying insights, and translating them into strategic recommendations. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, curious, and passionate about understanding digital consumer behavior and marketing performance.

What you'll do

  • Analyze and extract meaningful insights from various data sources (web, social networks, advertising platforms, CRM, and internal databases) to build end-to-end strategic reports and presentations.
  • Evaluate digital media performance and market trends to identify strategic opportunities.
  • Monitor and optimize online media campaigns, with a strong understanding of audience segmentation and targeting.
  • Work with both B2B and C2C campaigns, maintaining close collaboration with clients and media agencies.
  • Conduct benchmark analyses to explore consumer behavior, identify needs, and detect emerging trends.
  • Create visually compelling dashboards and reports that highlight key performance indicators (KPIs).

What you'll need

  • Experience with Web Analytics tools (Google Analytics is mandatory; Adobe Analytics is a plus).
  • Familiarity with media platforms such as Google Campaign Manager, YouTube Analytics, Meta Business Manager, Twitter Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Instagram Analytics, and Programmatic tools.
  • Knowledge of BI tools like Power BI, Google Data Studio, Tableau, etc.
  • SEO tools knowledge is a plus (Google Search Console, SEMrush, MOZ, Screaming Frog, etc.).
  • Experience with social listening platforms is a plus (Brandwatch, Netbase, Socialmetrix, etc.).
  • Tag management knowledge is desirable (Google Tag Manager, Adobe Tag Manager).
  • Advanced English is mandatory.
