Are you a passionate and talented Animator ready to make a real impact?
VML Doha is looking for a talented and forward-thinking Animator to join our dynamic creative team. As part of one of the world’s leading advertising agencies, you’ll have the opportunity to work on innovative campaigns for high-profile clients across the region. 

You'll collaborate closely with art directors, copywriters, and other team members in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. If you have a strong eye for design, a passion for visual storytelling, and a desire to push creative boundaries, we want to hear from you! 
We’re seeking someone who’s not only skilled in animation but also plugged into the latest trends, social media formats, and emerging technologies. If you’re passionate about storytelling, love working in a fast-paced environment, and want to make an impact, this role is for you.

What You’ll Do

  • Conceptualize & Design: Develop unique ideas for characters, scenes, and storyboards based on client briefs.
  • Animate: Create visually stunning animations that align with campaign goals and brand guidelines.
  • Collaborate: Work closely with designers, editors, photographers, and other creatives to bring projects to life.
  • Stay Ahead: Keep up with the latest animation trends, tools, and social media formats to deliver cutting-edge content.
  • Polish & Deliver: Ensure all animations are polished, meet technical specs, and exceed client expectations.

What We’re Looking For

  • Creative Vision: A strong portfolio showcasing diverse animation styles and storytelling abilities.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in industry-standard software (Adobe After Effects, Blender, Toon Boom, etc.).
  • Animation Expertise: Solid understanding of the 12 principles of animation (timing, staging, anticipation, etc.).
  • Agency Experience: Previous experience in an ad agency setting, especially working with high-profile clients.
  • Trend Awareness: Knowledge of current trends in animation, social media, and digital platforms.
  • Personal Attributes: Quick learner, detail-oriented, collaborative, and eager to grow in a fast-paced environment.
