We are seeking a detail-oriented Junior Asset Manager to join our team in Turkey, supporting usage rights management for our clients' product categories. This is an administrative and digital asset management role focused on ensuring accurate documentation, tracking, and delivery of creative assets with proper usage rights clearance. This role is perfect for someone looking to build expertise in digital asset management and usage rights within the advertising industry, offering hands-on experience with global brand campaigns and professional development opportunities.

What you'll be doing:

Daily Asset Management

  • Clear assets through internal systems in a timely and accurate manner
  • Match and link usage rights documents to corresponding creative assets across all formats, adaptations, and markets
  • Tag and update metadata for all digital assets to ensure proper categorisation and searchability
  • Record and archive all usage rights activities per project for comprehensive tracking

Platform Management

  • Maintain contract and invoice information in designated platform systems
  • Populate client-facing asset selection platforms with accurate usage rights information
  • Input detailed legal information including media types, usage dates, territories, and payment status
  • Ensure all platforms are updated daily with current information before final delivery approval

Documentation & Reporting

  • Manage multiple passwords and coordinate downloads with IT department support
  • Prepare and maintain daily reports on asset status and usage rights clearance
  • Communicate project status and any issues promptly to ensure smooth workflow
  • Support the team lead in ensuring all usage rights are properly covered and documented before master delivery

Usage Rights Support

  • Work with various asset types including music, images, and other creative materials
  • Learn and apply knowledge of different media usage rights (TV, digital, print, and other formats)
  • Ensure all campaign assets have corresponding usage rights documentation and payment tracking

What you'll need:

  • Previous experience working within advertising, marketing, or creative agencies
  • Fluent English communication skills (written and verbal) as all communications are conducted in English
  • Self-motivated with strong initiative to seek clarification when needed
  • Meticulous approach to data entry, documentation, and asset management
  • Comfortable asking questions and providing regular updates on project status
  • Strong organisational skills with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Comfortable working with digital platforms and learning new systems
  • Reliable and consistent in meeting daily deadlines
  • Team-oriented with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Adaptable and eager to learn about usage rights and legal requirements
