What We Are Looking For

VML is seeking a Client Finance Manager to join our team and support a large, major CPG account. We are looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented, and analytical individual who embodies our commitment to creating connected brands and impactful work. This role requires someone who can independently manage financial processes, build strong client relationships, and contribute to a fast-paced, collaborative environment. What You'll Do

  • Manage resourcing budgets, forecasts, actuals tracking, and reporting.
  • Assist Client Business Leadership and Client Finance Director with regular financial forecasts of manpower and pricing scopes of work.
  • Track monthly actual time, out-of-pocket expenses, and production costs.
  • Support the Production and Media reconciliation process.
  • Assist Client Business Leadership with billing, monitoring unbilled WIP, and month-end revenue accruals.
  • Follow up on client receivables.
  • Act as the main point of contact and support for ad hoc reporting required by Client Business Leadership and Finance.
  • Handle year-end actualizations.
  • Ensure contract compliance, including coordination of any third-party audits.
  • Assist in month-end close, budget preparation, and financial reporting for selected clients.

What You'll Need

  • Approximately four to six years of experience client finance, agency experience preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • ERP systems experience, Workday preferred

The base salary range for this position at the time of this posting is indicated below. Individual compensation varies based on job-related factors, including location, business needs, level of responsibility, experience, and qualifications.
