Who we are looking for: 

We’re seeking a creatively motivated and nimble Associate Account Director to lead the day-to-day management of key initiatives for a large iconic technology brand. These clients are launching a confidential new challenger brand in a competitive tech landscape. It’s an exciting opportunity forge true partnership with clients who are eager to evolve their business.  

As an Associate Account Director you will be the day-to-day lead for key areas of this business, and responsible for ensuring the agency is fully prepared to meet all the client’s marketing needs.  You’ll have a pulse on the client work and the team, continuously finding ways to elevate the quality of our deliverables. You’ll be eager to bring people together while nurturing your team and play a key role in identifying new ways to make our work with our team and clients more seamless.   

What you’ll do:  

  • Client | Be the go-to lead for a group of key clients on a daily-basis to ultimately become a true client partner: understand the client, their business, the automotive industry, and their competition and what customers are looking for in the best-in-class digital experiences. Help guide them efficiently and effectively. Be indispensable by reliably answering every request quickly and thoroughly and proactively over-delivering at every opportunity.  
  • Team | Inspire and motivate a cohesive team across departments, disciplines, and offices, forging partnerships between various teams and departments.   
  • Process | Lead and flawlessly execute agency projects from earliest concept stage to deployment and retrospectives. Partner with planning team to analyze existing business and consumer data and translate into impactful messaging and new opportunities. Nurture the relationship between the client and the agency by listening to the clients and developing trust and respect. 

Who you are:

  • Ego-less | We all wear the hats that need wearing, it’s the mentality that makes the team successful. 

What you’ll need:  

  • A minimum of 6 years of account management experience at a creative agency or equivalent, ideally with technology, B2B, and/or telco   Global experience is preferred. 
  • Proven track record of developing strong client relationships. Ability to lead and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams. 
  • The ability to think on your feet and an eagerness to think outside the box, with an ego-less approach. 
  • Very comfortable and expertly skilled in presentation planning and development with the ability to present ideas, concepts, and strategic direction to senior level clients both remotely and in-person. 
  • A resiliently positive attitude. This is critical to foster a highly collaborative environment. 

 

The compensation for this position at the time of this posting is indicated below. Individual compensation varies based on job-related factors, including location, business needs, level of responsibility, experience, and qualifications. We offer a competitive benefits package.
