As a Project Manager at VML, you will be the key contact for clients, account managers, and delivery teams. You will be responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of requests and projects, including marketing automation tools and websites.

Your duties will include reviewing and prioritizing requests, gathering essential information from clients, and ensuring that internal teams deliver high-quality deliverables on time. You will also conduct regular and ad-hoc meetings to discuss plans, address issues, and contribute to project planning and scheduling.

Collaboration with both internal and external teams will be essential to ensure that project requirements are clear and achievable. Additionally, you’ll ensure that all processes are followed and market regulations are adhered to.

What you will need?

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong understanding of client service, and project management processes
  • Knowledge of content editing, digital production, AEM or related technical fields (preferred)
  • Proactivity and the ability to work independently
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and adapt to changes
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Visio, Project), Jira, and process-related tools (e.g., Smartsheets)
  • Experience in a similar role
  • Fluency in English
