As a Strategy Consultant at VML, you will design and execute multi-disciplinary programs for our clients. You will deliver and monitor growth, resolve issues, and take action to ensure successful outcomes. You will serve as a strategic partner, providing guidance and advisory support to address business challenges and capitalise on opportunities

Who You Are:

  • Strategic thinker with exceptional problem-solving skills.
  • Strong business acumen with a deep understanding of core business principles and organisational dynamics.
  • Proficient in applying frameworks, conducting market analysis, financial modelling, and competitive assessments.
  • Excellent relationship-building skills and the ability to navigate organisational complexities to drive successful change adoption 

What You Will Do:

  • Develop and implement change and growth roadmaps and programs at our clients, including project scope definition, objectives, initiatives, timelines, and deliverables 
  • Act as the main business point of contact for 2-3 clients, building and nurturing strong relationships 
  • Foster collaboration and communication among various stakeholders, both internal and external, including clients and our expertise teams 
  • Ensure successful program execution by coordinating activities, managing resources, and monitoring progress 
  • Establish quality standards and processes to ensure that project deliverables meet client expectations and adhere to industry best practices 

What You Need:

  • 5+ years of working experience in providing strategic advice, leading complex digital transformation, and implementing digital solutions for clients 
  • Currently residing in The Netherlands, within a reasonable commuting distance to our office in Amsterdam
  • Currently eligible to work in The Netherlands, without the need of a visa application.
  • Bachelor's or master's degree. Advanced degrees or certifications in program management, agile methodologies, or relevant industry domains can be beneficial 
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal in English and Dutch 
  • Ability to attend our office on a weekly basis, as required.

Our compensation:

  • A monthly gross salary from 6,800€ and up to 7,800€, based on experience. 
  • 8% holiday pay.
