Who we are looking for:
We are seeking a talented and visionary Art Director who can seamlessly balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution. This role is ideal for a creative leader who brings a holistic perspective to brand communications across all asset types and formats. The ideal candidate will be an experienced designer with strong leadership skills, capable of driving innovative proposals that add value to both the client relationship and the brand's visual identity.
What you’ll do:
- Collaborate with the Production Lead to align on the team’s agenda and priorities.
- Ensure the creative quality and consistency of all deliverables.
- Supervise and oversee the team’s creative output.
- Actively contribute as a designer, developing new ideas and enhancing both the Brand and the team’s work.
- Understand and enforce brand guidelines, ensuring compliance across the team.
- Unify visual communication across all products and assets, elevating overall creative standards.
- Develop a holistic understanding of the client’s business and products to inform integrated creative solutions.
- Identify opportunities for flexibility in brand guidelines to amplify visual impact.
- Build strong relationships with clients, maintaining open collaboration and proposing innovative alternatives.
- Train and mentor the design team, sharing best practices, methodologies, and techniques to foster growth and creativity.
What you’ll need:
- Proven experience in art direction, ideally within marketing, advertising, or creative industries.
- Strong leadership and team management skills with a collaborative mindset.
- Advanced design skills and a track record of delivering high-quality creative work.
- Ability to think strategically while also executing operational tasks.
- Deep understanding of branding principles and visual communication strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client engagement and team collaboration.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and a passion for driving creative excellence.
- Familiarity with industry-standard design tools and software.
- Fluency in English.
