About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled and collaborative Production Designer with advanced English proficiency and deep expertise in Figma, particularly in the use of variables and components. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a team environment and has a strong background in building and maintaining design libraries.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain a scalable design library in Figma to support the creation of emails, PDFs, and various digital assets.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, product, and development to ensure design consistency and efficiency.
  • Apply best practices in design systems, ensuring high levels of organization and documentation.
  • Translate creative concepts into production-ready assets with precision and attention to detail.
  • Contribute to the evolution of our design processes and tools.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • High level of English proficiency (written and spoken).
  • Proven experience in Production Design with a strong portfolio.
  • Expert-level knowledge of Figma, especially in managing variables, components, and design systems.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Experience building design libraries and working with brand guidelines.
  • 5 years of experience

Nice to Have

  • Familiarity with email design best practices and accessibility standards.
  • Experience working in agile or fast-paced environments.
