Freelance UX Designer (Full-Time, Remote)

Experience: Minimum 5 years in UX design
Language Requirement: Advanced English proficiency

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to create user-centered design solutions for a wide range of communication materials and digital assets.
  • Apply expert-level Figma skills, including advanced use of variables and components, to develop and maintain robust design systems.
  • Ensure consistency and usability across all deliverables, adapting design systems for emails, banners, social media, PDFs, and other formats.
  • Maintain a high degree of organization to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Bring versatility and creativity to both conceptual and execution phases of design work.

Required Skills:

  • Full command of Figma, with proven experience in variables and components.
  • Strong background in UX design, with a portfolio demonstrating user-centered solutions.
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
  • Highly organized and adaptable to shifting project needs.
  • Versatile designer able to contribute to a variety of asset types and communication materials.

Contract Details:
Month-to-month freelance contract, 100% availability required.
