Nous recherchons, à Toulouse, notre futur.e Chef de projet CRM junior en stage ! 

TES MISSIONS : 

  • Campagnes CRM : Création et paramétrage (emails, SMS, push, WhatsApp) via des outils tels que Salesforce, Adobe Campaign, Hubspot…
  • Automatisation & Analyse : Scénarios automatisés (welcome, post-achat…), A/B tests, reporting et optimisations.
  • Data & Segmentation : Collaboration avec les data analysts, suivi des bases de données et analyses ciblées.
  • Gestion de projet : Briefs, coordination, suivi des plannings et contribution aux documents projet.
  • Veille & Conseil : Suivi des tendances, bonnes pratiques, échanges clients et recommandations stratégiques.

TON PROFIL : 

  • Tu es issu.e d’une formation en marketing, communication, digital ou école de commerce. 
  • Tu as un intérêt marqué pour le CRM et la data. 
  • Tu as une première expérience (projet, stage, alternance) avec un outil CRM (Salesforce, Adobe Campaign, Hubspot, etc.) 
  • Tu es curieux.se, rigoureux.se, organisé.e. 
  • Tu aimes travailler en équipe. 
  • La maîtrise d’Excel, PowerPoint ; des bases en HTML serait un plus.
