Who we're looking for:

The Social Intelligence Analyst is responsible for working closely with the Social Intelligence Lead and Community Manager to prepare campaign insights and dashboards to optimize performance in real time. This role focuses on transforming social conversation data into actionable strategic insights through advanced data analysis, visualization, and reporting across multiple platforms and markets. We are looking for someone with experience in identifying key trends, developing actionable insights, and creating data-driven reports that inform strategy and enhance community engagement.

What you'll be doing:

  • Main point of contact for Social Intelligence Lead and OU Studio X Social (Category) Strategist
  • Mine insights and monitor risks across global TCCC network, combining social data with human insights to measure charter, content, and community performance
  • Manage social listening efforts across all digital platforms, translating social conversations into strategic queries and keywords
  • Consolidate data from Sprinklr and CreatorIQ to create cohesive reports with accurate data integrity
  • Develop and maintain live dashboards for real-time campaign tracking and stakeholder insights
  • Lead programming, tagging, and distribution of campaign reports to markets following central guidelines
  • Monitor trending topics and collaborate with community managers for real-time communication insights
  • Track influencer social listening via Sprinklr and CreatorIQ, conducting brand safety checks aligned with PACS
  • Ensure global standardization of social metrics, collaborating with OU teams for data consistency
  • Generate deep insights by looking beneath surface-level data to identify patterns, opportunities, and risks
  • Work with Turkish market data while maintaining English-language reporting standards

What you'll need:

  • Advanced Sprinklr proficiency (essential)
  • 3+ years of experience
  • CreatorIQ experience for influencer tracking
  • Data visualization experience including PowerBI integration
  • Social platform expertise (TikTok, Instagram, X) and data structures
  • Query definition and research methodology capabilities
  • Data analysis and interpretation with sentiment analysis expertise
  • Executive summary writing and clear communication of complex insights
  • Dashboard creation and real-time reporting capabilities
  • Brand safety protocols and compliance understanding
  • Strategic thinking to connect data insights to business objectives
  • Quality control and process standardization experience
