This is a Full-time role in VML within a team of one of our largest Accounts in the IT industry.

The team is part of a Global engagement that execute and land the framework to deliver structured and programmatic coverage, optimized by market, language, and workload, to drive consistent demand generation at scale.​

The team is comprised of highly skilled Subject Matter Experts on all marketing services / execution / operations and act as the right hand of the field marketers; They are consultants, trusted advisors, and experts on the services they land. Functions range across communications to different audiences (B2B) and disciplines.

Daily tasks will include:

  • Work with stakeholders to support and coordinate the rhythm of business activities, such as periodic business reviews, executive communications and business planning, and improve processes to run the business efficiently.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to members to provide strategic insights to take business decisions.
  • Relationship Management: Engage and serve as a primary point of contact with your market. Build relationships and understand their unique business needs and challenges. Collaborate closely to align marketing strategies with overall business objectives and provide ongoing support.
  • Marketing Planning: Help your market develop effective marketing strategies aligned with their business goals and target audience. Provide guidance on positioning, messaging, and identifying unique value propositions to differentiate.
  • Benefits Activation: Activate Marketing execution plans, guiding and facilitating demand creation plans aligned to incentives adoption and usage.
  • Customer propensity: Leverage customer propensity, campaign in a box assets and aligned investments/incentive to drive demand gen.
  • Campaign Management: Collaborate to plan and execute marketing campaigns across various digital channels. Oversee the end-to-end campaign process, including planning, execution, and measurement. Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless execution.
  • Investment Tracking and ROI: Work with the local regional team to ensure measurement of marketing investment and impact.

Knowledges/Skills:

  • English and French language knowledge
  • 6 years of related experience
  • Exceptional listening skills – to truly understand partner needs and co-develop effective, targeted comarketing strategies.
  • Relationship management skills collaboration and conflict resolution skills
  • Self-driven and autonomous – able to operate independently while maintaining high standards and accountability.
  • Strong leadership and relationship-building skills
  • Confident and charismatic communicator 
  • Proven senior marketing expertise 
  • In-depth understanding of digital marketing environment – including brand positioning, products, campaigns, sales funnel, priorities, and audience segmentation


The base salary range for this position at the time of this posting is indicated below. Individual compensation varies based on job-related factors, including location, business needs, level of responsibility, experience, and qualifications.
