We’re looking for a strategist ready to go all-in, one global client with a diverse portfolio of brands, complex challenges, and real impact across European markets. You’ll guide how brands show up in the world: not just in digital but also physical spaces and wherever customers meet them.

What you’ll do?

  • Shape brand and campaign strategy for one major client
  • Define and apply brand positioning across full customer journeys, from first impression to conversion
  • Work across multiple European markets, adapting strategy to local realities
  • Collaborate with creative teams, data leads, global strategists and senior stakeholders on both agency and client side
  • Lead conversations and inspire great work through clear strategic direction
  • You won’t manage a team – but you’ll lead the thinking.
  • Spot trends, decode culture, and turn insight into actionable ideas

What you’ll need?

  • Fluent English, daily contact with native-speaking stakeholders.
  • Strong experience in brand strategy, campaigns, and customer journey mapping
  • A strategic mindset that connects business goals with creative opportunities
  • Curiosity about consumer behaviour, trends, and cultural shifts
  • Confidence, energy, and presence (love discussion, thinking on your feet, and owning the room)
  • A proactive, collaborative approach (you enjoy working with others)
  • Experience working on multi-market is plus
