What We Are Looking For

VML is seeking a meticulous and proactive Media Manager, Ad Operations to join our dynamic team. This role is crucial for ensuring the seamless execution and tracking of digital media campaigns, primarily through Campaign Manager 360 (CM360). You will be the operational backbone, responsible for accurate trafficking, timely launches, and ongoing delivery, directly contributing to our clients' success and our commitment to connected experiences. What You'll Do

  • Own trafficking and implementation of digital media campaigns in Campaign Manager 360 (CM360), ensuring accurate setup and timely execution.
  • Maintain and monitor active campaigns to ensure smooth delivery, including pacing, tag validation, and creative troubleshooting.
  • Work closely with media strategists and planners to translate media plans into executable trafficking sheets and tag instructions.
  • Quality-check creatives, tags, and click trackers before launch to ensure compliance and functionality.
  • Coordinate with external platform teams and internal trafficking resources for timely handoff and campaign activation.
  • Troubleshoot delivery issues across platforms and provide quick resolutions to minimize delivery interruptions.
  • Maintain naming conventions, click tracking parameters, and asset management within the ad server.
  • Assist with reporting accuracy, trafficking audits, and campaign wrap-ups.
  • Provide support and recommendations on best practices for media delivery and ad serving processes.

What You'll Need

  • 1-2 years of Ad Operations or Digital Trafficking experience (agency preferred)
  • Hands-on experience with Campaign Manager 360 (CM360) is required.
  • Familiarity with media delivery via Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, and Programmatic platforms (e.g., DV360, The Trade Desk) is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and compliance in trafficking and campaign setup
  • Proficiency in Excel for trafficking documentation and bulk uploads.
  • Understanding of tracking methodologies, floodlight implementation, and QA processes.

The base salary range for this position at the time of this posting is indicated below. Individual compensation varies based on job-related factors, including location, business needs, level of responsibility, experience, and qualifications.
