Who we are looking for:
We’re seeking an experienced and visionary Art Director to lead the creative execution of digital campaigns for an international client. This role is ideal for a professional who excels at developing visual concepts that can be applied across various media while maintaining consistency and impact. You’ll collaborate with creative directors from other teams, present your ideas confidently, and mentor designers within your team to elevate their work. If you’re passionate about crafting compelling visuals and driving innovation in digital design, this position is perfect for you.
What you’ll do:
- Conceptualize and develop creative visual concepts for digital campaigns, ensuring alignment with client objectives and brand guidelines.
- Oversee the production of assets such as emails, landing pages, banners, social media visuals, storyboards, and animations.
- Collaborate with creative directors and stakeholders from different teams to present ideas and refine concepts.
- Mentor and guide designers, providing feedback and fostering growth within the team.
- Ensure high-quality execution across all deliverables, managing timelines and prioritizing tasks effectively.
- Utilize advanced skills in Adobe Suite and Figma to lead by example in design excellence.
- Explore innovative approaches to enhance storytelling, including animation and video editing (if applicable).
- (Optional) Apply basic knowledge of HTML/CSS/JS to optimize or troubleshoot digital designs.
What you’ll need:
- A degree in Graphic Design or a related field.
- Proven experience in digital design production, with a strong portfolio showcasing creative conceptualization and execution.
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Suite and Figma (required).
- Exceptional skills in prioritization, organization, and attention to detail.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and a collaborative team player.
- Advanced English communication skills (written and spoken).
- Experience in video editing and animation is a plus.
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS/JS is a plus.
