Who we are looking for
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Senior to join our team. This role is pivotal in ensuring the quality, consistency, and efficiency of ad banner content production. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of creative production workflows, a problem-solving mindset, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement.

What you’ll do

SLA Benchmarking & Monitoring:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define and benchmark Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for content quality, turnaround times, and other key performance indicators.
  • Develop processes to monitor SLA performance, identify areas for improvement, and proactively communicate insights and recommendations to stakeholders.

Content Quality Tracking & Reporting:

  • Implement quality assurance processes to ensure all ad banner content meets established standards and retailer specifications.
  • Track and analyze content quality metrics, identifying trends and providing actionable recommendations for improvement.
  • Generate regular reports to keep stakeholders informed on content quality performance.

Tool Performance Analysis & Optimization:

  • Evaluate the performance of creative production tools within the Commerce Hub, identifying opportunities for optimization and efficiency gains.
  • Maintain documentation on tool usage and best practices to support the team.

Active Team Participation:

  • Contribute to team meetings, brainstorming sessions, and the development of quality assurance strategies.
  • Collaborate closely with designers, content managers, and other stakeholders to ensure a seamless and high-quality content production process.
  • Provide training and ongoing support to team members on quality assurance methodologies and best practices.

Process Improvement:

  • Continuously identify opportunities to enhance quality assurance processes and workflows.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase overall efficiency and effectiveness.

What you’ll need

  • Proven experience in quality assurance within a creative or content production environment.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to track, report, and improve upon key performance metrics.
  • Familiarity with benchmarking SLAs and developing processes to monitor performance.
  • Understanding of creative production tools and workflows; experience in evaluating and optimizing tools is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • A proactive, solutions-focused approach with a passion for driving quality and efficiency.
