Who we are looking for
We are seeking an experienced and technically skilled MarTech Manager to join our team. This role will be pivotal in driving the implementation, integration, and optimization of marketing technology solutions to enhance workflow efficiency and enable seamless retailer connectivity. The ideal candidate is a problem-solver with deep expertise in marketing technology, API integrations, and creative production workflows, capable of leading both strategic planning and hands-on execution.
What you’ll do
Tool Setup & Integration:
- Lead the discovery and integration of workflow tools (e.g., project management and collaboration platforms) and creative production tools (e.g., DAM systems) within the Commerce Hub.
- Ensure seamless data flow and interoperability between different tools and systems.
- Develop and maintain detailed documentation on tool configurations and integrations.
Automation & Optimization:
- Identify opportunities to automate marketing and creative production processes using advanced technology solutions.
- Configure and optimize tools to maximize operational efficiency and effectiveness.
Testing & Quality Assurance:
- Develop and execute comprehensive technical testing plans to ensure the reliability and quality of marketing technology solutions.
- Collaborate with the Quality Assurance Senior to ensure all tools and integrations meet established quality standards.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve any technical issues or bugs.
API Integration & Retailer Connectivity:
- Lead the discovery, evaluation, and implementation of APIs for seamless retailer integration.
- Work closely with retailers and technology vendors to establish secure, reliable, and scalable API connections and data exchange protocols.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any API-related issues as needed.
Technical Leadership & Collaboration:
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to the Commerce Hub team.
- Collaborate with Program Managers, Production Leads, and other stakeholders to align technology solutions with business needs.
What you’ll need
- Proven experience in marketing technology implementation, including tool setup, configuration, and automation.
- Strong understanding of API integrations and the ability to establish secure and scalable connections with external partners.
- Familiarity with workflow and creative production tools such as project management platforms and DAM systems.
- Experience developing and executing technical testing plans and troubleshooting complex issues.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong documentation and communication skills to share technical knowledge across the team.
