Who we are looking for
We are seeking an experienced Tech Lead with a strong background in backend development (and some front-end capabilities) to join our team. This role requires a professional with excellent technical skills and exceptional soft skills, someone who can collaborate seamlessly with creative teams, cross-functional departments, and stakeholders to deliver scalable and innovative solutions.

What you’ll do

  • Lead the technical direction and execution of projects, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes.
  • Collaborate closely with creative, account, and other teams to understand requirements and propose effective technical solutions.
  • Manage and prioritize technical issues and tasks, maintaining clear organization and focus.
  • Design and implement large-scale solutions, including CMS systems for multisite platforms.
  • Provide guidance on cost-effective technical strategies and infrastructure optimization.
  • Leverage expertise in data management, cloud services (AWS, GCP, Azure), and scalable system architecture.
  • Oversee and mentor development teams, fostering collaboration and growth.
  • Act as a technical point of contact in client interactions, effectively communicating complex ideas to non-technical audiences.

What you’ll need

  • Proven experience as a Fullstack or Backend developer with strong backend skills and exposure to front-end development.
  • Deep knowledge of scalable system design, data architecture, and modern development practices.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure is highly desirable.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage with various stakeholders, from creatives to clients.
  • Experience leading teams and managing cross-functional projects.
  • A degree in Engineering or a related field is preferred.
  • Exposure to technical environments such as infrastructure (SysAdmin), data-driven projects, and client-facing roles (e.g., Colgate).
  • Problem-solving mindset and ability to balance technical feasibility with business goals.
