Who we are looking for
We are seeking a talented and experienced UX/UI Coordinator to be the primary point of contact in our agency for all user experience and interface design initiatives for our client. This role will lead the strategy, research, design, and optimization of digital products and services, ensuring that solutions are not only visually compelling but also intuitive, functional, and aligned with both the client's business objectives and their users' needs. The UX/UI Coordinator will act as the bridge between creative vision, client requirements, and technical execution.
What you’ll do
Leadership and UX/UI Strategy:
- Define and lead the UX/UI strategy for the automotive client, ensuring consistency and excellence across all digital touchpoints.
- Translate client business goals and user needs into effective and feasible design solutions.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest UX/UI trends, technologies, and developments in the automotive industry to propose innovative solutions.
Research and Analysis:
- Plan and execute user research (interviews, surveys, usability tests, data analysis, etc.) to deeply understand user behaviors, needs, and pain points.
- Analyze quantitative and qualitative data to identify improvement opportunities and validate design hypotheses.
- Develop personas, user journeys, user flows, and experience maps.
Design and Prototyping:
- Create wireframes, mockups, and high- and low-fidelity prototypes for various platforms (web, mobile, applications, etc.).
- Ensure designs are visually appealing, brand-consistent, and optimized for usability.
- Collaborate closely with graphic design and development teams to ensure faithful implementation of designs.
Coordination and Communication:
- Serve as the main point of contact for the client on UX/UI matters, presenting and defending design proposals clearly and persuasively.
- Effectively coordinate and collaborate with internal agency teams (Accounts, Creative, Development, Digital Strategy) and external stakeholders (client teams, vendors).
- Facilitate co-creation workshops and ideation sessions with multidisciplinary teams.
Optimization and Continuous Improvement:
- Monitor the performance of implemented solutions and propose optimizations based on metrics and user feedback.
- Conduct usability and accessibility audits to enhance user experiences.
What you’ll need
- Proven experience in UX/UI roles, in coordination or leadership positions.
- Previous experience working in an advertising agency or digital consultancy.
- Proficiency with design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, InVision).
- A solid portfolio showcasing expertise in user research, interaction design, and visual design.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex ideas clearly and concisely to diverse audiences.
- Analytical thinking and data-driven decision-making skills.
- Proactive, autonomous, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- English proficiency.
- Knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
- Experience with design systems.
- Familiarity with accessibility principles (WCAG).
- Basic understanding of HTML/CSS to facilitate communication with developers.
- Academic background in Graphic Design, Industrial Design, Computer Science, Psychology, Communication, or related fields.
