Who we are looking for
We’re seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist with a strong focus on accuracy and quality assurance. The ideal candidate has experience in data management, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to maintain high levels of precision in a fast-paced environment. If you’re meticulous, proactive, and tech-savvy, this role is perfect for you!
What you’ll do
- Enter, update, and maintain accurate data across various platforms and systems.
- Conduct thorough quality checks to ensure data integrity and compliance with standards.
- Identify and correct errors or inconsistencies in datasets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline data entry processes.
- Generate reports and summaries based on collected data.
- Develop and implement QA protocols for ongoing data verification.
What you’ll need
- Proven experience in data entry or a similar role.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Familiarity with database systems, spreadsheets, and data management tools.
- Basic understanding of quality assurance principles.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members.
- A high school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in data management or QA are a plus.
