ROLE DESCRIPTION

Project executive is the glue that keeps us all together.

They are responsible for planning, organizing, coordinating and executing projects from start to end, alongside the brand management and creative leads.

The project scope can vary from single pieces of collateral to multifaceted, multichannel touchpoint marketing campaigns.

  • You commonly work under the direction of the brand managers and creative lead from whom you could gather project information – objectives, budget, requirement, deadlines, etc.
  • You would also assign individuals / entire teams to task within a project, while creating and managing detailed project timelines and ensure we meet our set milestones, throughout the project timeframe.
  • You should also have oversight of project budget and would be responsible for any.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Create long and short-term plans, including setting target milestones and adhering to deadlines.
  • Delegate and appoint task to relevant/ best positioned team members.
  • Make effective and mindful decisions when presented with multiple options on how to progress with the project.
  • Serve as a point of contact for teams / individuals when multiple units are assigned to project to ensure team actions remain in synergy.
  • Communicate with internal and external stakeholders to keep project aligned with their goals.
  • Gatekeeper and quality control to maintain expected standard of quality.
  • Adjust schedules and details on project as and when the needs and requirement changes on project.
  • Additional concept/design projects as required.

WHAT YOU DO DAY-TO-DAY

  • Plan resources.
  • Create project plans.
  • Communicate milestones and project plans.
  • Align on requirements / deliverables / timeframes with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Know the teams’ strengths and weaknesses, as a team and individuals.
  • Plan around team skills to ensure success.
  • Have a plan to mitigate issues that might arise (have foresight).
  • ⁠Supporting Senior Project Manager on day to day tasks.

SKILLS NEEDED

  • 1 - 2 years of experience in project coordination, account servicing or creative agency experience preferred.
  • Candidate must be proficient in English (written and spoken) is required.
  • Tech-savvy and well-versed in digital project management tools.
  • Expert in organizational skills.
  • Strong ability to multitask.
  • Great communication skills with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Solid knowledge of project workflow and requirements.
  • Ability to function well in fast paced, and sometimes chaotic environment under extreme scrutiny and tight deadlines.
  • Comfortable working across multiple markets and time zones.
  • Understanding on POSM and packaging is an added advantage.
