About the role
We are seeking a detail-oriented Account Manager to oversee email marketing tactics within client campaigns. This role serves as the primary liaison between clients and our internal teams, ensuring seamless execution of email marketing initiatives while maintaining strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Client Relationship Management
- Work one-on-one with clients to establish and maintain aligned roles and responsibilities
- Partner with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of email logistics and project management
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client Integrated Marketing managers
Email Intake Support
- Process requests from client Integrated Marketing managers for demand generation activities supporting local scale events via planning tool
- Coordinate with aligned clients on single-CTA intake forms and briefs to support event demand generation
- Ensure all necessary information is captured for successful campaign execution
Single-CTA Email Deployments
- Review Demand Generation requests and clarify any issues related to timing and targeting
- Submit email deployment requests through internal intake tools
- Complete and submit other relevant corporate engine intake forms on behalf of marketers
- Handle privacy approval requests in alignment with defined services (Note: final approvals remain with client FTE for projects outside MSC enabled services)
- Request localization services following locally defined processes
Operational Project Management
- Work closely with Event teams to ensure event-related emails are briefed on schedule
- Coordinate with all stakeholders to secure approvals for single-CTA emails within the solution area
- Proactively flag upcoming deadlines to client stakeholders
- Maintain project timelines and ensure on-time delivery of all email marketing initiatives
Performance Measurement & Reporting
- Measure performance KPIs of demand generation activities
- Capture and compile demand generation performance across different channels
- Deliver rigorous and consistent email KPI reporting following locally defined processes
- Analyze campaign results and provide insights to improve future performance
Qualifications
Required Skills & Experience
- 3+ years of experience in email marketing, account management, or client services
- Strong understanding of email marketing best practices and metrics
- Excellent project management skills with ability to manage multiple priorities
- Superior communication skills, both written and verbal
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational capabilities
- Proficiency with email marketing platforms and CRM systems
- Experience with marketing automation tools
- Knowledge of privacy regulations related to email marketing
- Experience in event marketing
- Background in performance analysis and reporting
