En VML Perú buscamos un Practicante de Producción Audiovisual para unirse a nuestro dinámico equipo.

Descripción:

Estamos buscando un/a Practicante de Producción Audiovisual apasionado/a por el cine y lo audiovisual, con interés en aprender y crecer en el área de producción. La persona seleccionada apoyará al equipo en la ejecución de proyectos audiovisuales, asegurando que los cronogramas, presupuestos y las coordinaciones de producción se lleven a cabo de manera eficiente.

Funciones:

  • Apoyar durante todas las etapas del proceso de Producción Audiovisual, desde la preproducción hasta el cierre de los proyectos.
  • Colaborar estrechamente con productores, directores y otros miembros del equipo para asegurar la correcta planificación y ejecución de las tareas.
  • Diseñar y gestionar cronogramas y presupuestos, asegurando que los proyectos se mantengan dentro de los plazos establecidos.
  • Coordinar logísticas de producción como la gestión de equipos técnicos y materiales necesarios para los rodajes.
  • Documentar el progreso de los proyectos y mantener organizados los archivos relacionados.
  • Asistir en la resolución de imprevistos que puedan surgir durante las diferentes etapas de producción.
  • Aportar ideas y participar activamente en las reuniones de planeación.

Requisitos:

  • Estudiantes de últimos ciclos o egresados(as) de Comunicación Audiovisual, Comunicación o carreras afines.
  • Idealmente, experiencia previa o conocimientos básicos en procesos de producción audiovisual.
  • Conocimiento práctico de Excel y herramientas de gestión administrativa (cronogramas, presupuestos, etc.).
  • Familiaridad con sistemas operativos iOS.
  • Habilidades organizativas, atención al detalle y capacidad para trabajar bajo presión.
  • Proactividad y entusiasmo por el aprendizaje continuo en la industria audiovisual.
  • Deseable nivel intermedio de inglés.

Deseable:

  • Interés demostrado en proyectos relacionados con el cine, televisión o plataformas digitales.
  • Participación previa en equipos de producción o coordinación de eventos.
