VML è alla ricerca di un/a Junior Art Director Intern per uno stage di 6 mesi.

Cerchiamo qualcuno/a con tanta curiosità, gusto visivo e soprattutto voglia di mettersi alla prova pensando idee che attirano l’attenzione.

Non ci interessa solo la capacità tecnica ma la voglia di sporcarsi le mani con il processo creativo, di contribuire a progetti rilevanti e di imparare da professionisti del settore.

Cosa farai:

  • Lavorerai con art director e copywriter per sviluppare idee che si trasformano in campagne, attivazioni ed esperienze in grado di farsi notare, far parlare e creare engagement reale.
  • Ti confronterai ogni giorno con progetti che spaziano dai social al digital, dai contenuti alle esperienze.
  • Creerai layout, moodboard, visual e prototipi per dare forma alle idee.
  • Imparerai a ragionare su concept, insight e storytelling visivo, non solo su esecuzioni.

Cosa cerchiamo:

  • Curiosità, proattività e voglia di mettersi in gioco.
  • Una buona cultura visiva e interesse verso ciò che accade nel mondo delle idee: arte, design, pubblicità, moda, musica, cultura pop.
  • Buona conoscenza della suite Adobe (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere e After Effects) in ambiente MacOs e Microsoft Powerpoint.
  • Un portfolio (anche accademico) che mostri il tuo approccio creativo e visivo, non solo esecutivo.
