YOUR ROLE IN A NUTSHELL
We’re looking for a highly creative and strategically-minded Senior Brand Designer to join our team. In this role, you'll lead the development and evolution of visual identity systems across a range of brand touchpoints: from campaigns and packaging to digital and environmental experiences. You’ll work closely with the design and creative teams to ensure every expression of the brand is consistent, elevated, and purposeful. This will be a maximum term contract up until the end of April 2026.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Lead the development of brand design concepts, systems and guidelines that drive recognition, distinction and emotional connection
- Execute design work across multiple channels: including digital, print, packaging, social, environmental, and experiential
- Collaborate across disciplines to turn beliefs into compelling creative outcomes with humility, curiosity, and a passion for working within a supportive team
- Guide and mentor junior designers and creatives, providing thoughtful feedback and direction
- Evolve and maintain brand standards, ensuring consistency and quality across all assets
- Commission and art-direct external partners such as illustrators, photographers and type designers when needed
- Present work with clarity and conviction to stakeholders at all levels
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE/SKILLS/CAPABILITIES
- 6+ years of experience in brand, communication or visual design: ideally within a studio or agency
- An exceptional portfolio that demonstrates a breadth of brand-building work across multiple formats and industries
- Deep understanding of typography, colour, composition, and brand storytelling
- Confidence in leading projects independently, from concept to execution
- Ability to turn complex ideas into simple, beautiful design
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma and other relevant design tools
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Motion design experience
- An understanding of packaging design systems and processes
