Who you are:
You're a curious, culturally-fluent strategist who loves to question assumptions and challenge the status quo. You'll uncover insights that can guide a brand's ideas and decisions in social.
What you’ll do:
- Keep a pulse on current events, online trends and potential controversies or threats relevant to the brand
- Create and manage social media content calendars
- Plan and execute social media campaigns, including user-generated content (UGC), influencer programs and real-time activations
- Research/brainstorming content ideas with larger creative team
- Reporting (data entry, exporting and analyzing data from platforms)
- Communicating with agency partners/vendors
- High level project management responsibilities; including managing creative timelines in project management software
- Reviewing and providing feedback on creative executions for channel specific content
- Working with stakeholders across the agency to ensure that social, digital and media is executed in support of brand strategy and in accordance with best practices.
What you’ll need:
- 3-5 years of social marketing experience
- Experience working independently and ability to move projects forward without detailed direction
- Understanding of social platforms and functions, and the ability to share that knowledge with others
- Experience with paid and owned social strategy as well as influencer/creator strategy and management
- Ability to collaborate effectively within a team

The base salary range for this position at the time of this posting is indicated below. Individual compensation varies based on job-related factors, including location, business needs, level of responsibility, experience, and qualifications.
