Purpose of the job:

Project Execution Leads (PEL) are execution project managers aligned to client field teams. PEL has three major clusters of responsibilities:

  1. Planification & set-up of marketing campaigns
  2. Execution and Project Management
  3. Client facing and single point of contact

Responsibilities:

Project Management

  • Supports marketers in
    • developing an integrated and feasible plan to connect local marketing execution (demand gen) to automated nurture streams.
    • organizing cadence meetings., shares meeting documentation & action points
  • Manages marketing execution briefing
  • Ensures local stakeholders are informed on progress, and resolves issues.​

KPI & Performance Tracking

  • Is responsible for executing and deploying marketing campaigns within the agreed SLAs
  • Uses reporting to provide specific views/information to stakeholders
  • Reviews campaign performance dashboards to understand engine performance and lead stage conversions with increased focused on Marketing outcomes and business results.

Subject Matter Expertise

  • Acts as local champ on global commercial marketing engines, tools & services
  • Educates local stakeholders on modern marketing services and tool capabilities
  • Ensures communication flow between the team and other VML and Microsoft stakeholders
  • Applies learnings from modern marketing trainings (MM, BG and GDC) to improve SA execution and outcomes.
  • Know and apply global and local governance as identified and agreed by the GDC Global Marketing Services Organization.

Required skills & competencies

  • Ideally completed studies in marketing-related field
  • Broad understanding of various marketing concepts, strategies and tactics, incl. marketing channels
  • 5+ years’ experience in execution of marketing-related initiatives
  • High level of ethics & compliance with company rules & processes, e. g. personal data protection or brand guidelines
  • Proven process and project management skills & experience
  • Some experience in account management
  • Readiness to assume responsibility for track activities progress and meet critical deadlines
  • Solid skills in Microsoft tools and software: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams
  • Solid command skills and ability to share often complex information in structured way
  • Comfort in dealing with client's and third-party stakeholders
  • Ability to simultaneously manage multiple events and activities, and ability to prioritize urgent and important tasks
  • A strong team player with ability to establish working relations with culturally diverse internal and external partners
  • Strong in problem solving skills and orientation to detail
  • Fluent English is essential (requirement for additional language skills may apply)
